Balto 3 was released in the USA on February 1st, 2005, in the UK on March 7, 2005, and in most of the countries in the world.
Balto 3 Wings of Change was you could say 1 of the best of the 3 Movie's maybe not the best 1 but second best i would say. It has nothing in common with balto 2 Wolf Quest apart from its another film about 1 of Balto and Jenna's Pups Kodi. The film is about when B&J son Kodi become's a member of the dog sled team and hoping for leed dog a plain comes to take there Jobs away from them its up to Balto to take leed dog, but on the way back somthing happens to the pilot and Borris its up to Balto Muk, Luk and Stella to save the Pilot and Borris.

My Review:
I think that Balto 3 Wings of Change wasent the best Balto movie but it was completely better then Balto 2 Wolf Quest. I think it wasent a good idea to make it a direct-to-video movie as it would of been better viewings if it had been done in cinima's. It was an exting Kids Movie with lots of Funny and silly moments.
