It took approximately two years of work, and the Universal Cartoons Studios produced it (they are most known for being the animation studios behind the "Land Before Time" series of sequels, logical since the original Land Before Time was also an Amblimation movie.)
Balto 2: Wolf Quest wasent the best Balto film, i wouldent recomend it on being 1 of the best 3, but this time it dident come out in Cinima's this time it came out on direct-to-video witch dident realy make it well nown to the Puplic of UK, USA and Canada or any other contries.

My Review:
I dident think much of Balto 2 i preferd both Balto 1 and Balto 3 Wings of Change but it was still an desent movie but what i dident like that it was a direct-to-video movie witch isent my type of Movie the graffics where completely diffrent to Balto 1 and 3 and so where some of the voises.
